STEP 1
Give permission
Being an offsite event, specific parental permission must be given to Willoughby Park Anglican Church for all teens who wish to attend. Please fill out the form for each child you wish to register by clicking on the following button. This will give the leaders the information necessary to provide a safe, caring and loving environment. After doing so, return to this page to proceed with step 2.

Sign Climbfit waiver
STEP 3
Drop off and pick up your teens on the night
Teens should be dropped off at Climbfit St Leonards (4/12 Fredrick St) at 6pm and picked up at 8pm. Leaders will not be organising transport. Teens should come dressed in appropriate clothing for rock climbing, including closed shoes. They will be provided with a harness.
Cost is $30. This includes entry, harness hire, and pizza. It should be paid on the night. If your teen would rather not eat pizza, they will need to sort out their own dinner (please advise us beforehand if this is the case).
