Meet at Willoughby Park Anglican Church for transport arrangements to the beach.
We need willing and able parents to transport youth to the beach and back. If you could assist, on this google sheet, please enter your name and how many spare seats are available, as well as your ability to drop off or pick up at the beach. We will need around 25 spots, however more space is always best!
Alternatively, you can commute separately and not meet at the church (which you can indicate on the permission form). Please aim to be at Balmoral beach by 6:30. We will meet at the rotunda.

Commute to Balmoral Beach
6:30pm
Arrive at Balmoral Beach and meet at the Rotunda, then free play!
7:45pm
Dominoes pizza will be provided for the youth. GF/DF options will be available too.
8:30pm
Travel back to church
9:00pm
Pick up from WPAC

All year 5–12 youth are welcome. For them to be able to come, please complete all steps below.
STEP 1
Give permission
Being an offsite event, specific parental permission must be given to Willoughby Park Anglican Church for all teens who wish to attend. Please fill out the form for each child you wish to register by clicking on the following button. This will give the leaders the information necessary to provide a safe, caring and loving environment. After doing so, return to this page to proceed with step 2.
STEP 2
Ensure they have what they need to bring
They will need to bring:
- Swimmers and towel - if wanting to swim
- Play or sport equipment and games (as desired)
- extra picnic rugs are also welcome
There is no additional cost.
STEP 3
Drop off and pick up your teens on the night
Teens should be dropped off at Willoughby Park Anglican Church (Cnr Warrane and McClelland) at 5:45pm as we will leave for the beach at 6pm. They should then be picked up from church at 9pm.
